  • Preparing of a Confidential Information Memorandum and supporting financial/ information package;

  • Arranging for the execution of a Confidentiality Agreement;
  • Soliciting offers from potential Purchasers;
  • Reviewing offers received with you and your lawyer;
  • Negotiating the offer and assisting with the due diligence;
  • Assisting your lawyer in finalizing the Agreement for Sale; and,
  • Whatever else is required to close the deal.
