- AMAC is retained on an exclusive basis;
- Any potential candidates that have expressed an interest in the position, or may apply directly to the client, will be referred to AMAC for prescreening along with candidates recruited by AMAC or who respond to any ads placed;
- AMAC will a design an Ad for the position;
- AMAC will post the Ad without cost on its Web-site and on its page on Lubylinks.com. However, realistically the successful candidate is much more likely to be recruited through our industry network of contacts;
- AMAC’s fee on successfully completing the search is 25% of the estimated first year’s total annual compensation plus out of pocket expenses for pre-approved travel, ads, tests, long distance telephone and fax, courier, etc. plus GST;
- An up front retainer of one third of the estimated fee plus GST is required before the Search commences. An equal amount will be billed on completion of the Short List. The balance, plus GST, will be due and payable to AMAC on the successful candidate’s start date.
