Vancouver – Friday, July 29th – The shareholders of AMAC Consultants Inc. (“AMAC”) today announced, to better serve the insurance industry, as of August 1st, 2011 each of the shareholders will operate their own consulting firms as John C. McArthur & Associates, Inc. (“McArthur”) and Renate M. Mueller Consultants Inc. (“Mueller”).

The current clients of AMAC will be assigned and serviced by either Mueller or McArthur. All new projects will be undertaken by their respective firms..

Both McArthur and Mueller will provide essentially the same services to their respective clients as have been provided by AMAC.

AMAC was founded in 1996, as a general management consulting firm, to provide Merger and Acquisition, Executive Search and other Specialized Services to the Insurance Industry nationwide.

During the last 15 years, AMAC has handled projects ranging from the acquisition or sale of numerous Canadian insurance brokerages to the recruitment of many senior positions such as directors, presidents and CEO/COO’s for major insurers and brokerages.

Renate M. Mueller, CA, partner of AMAC, was quoted a saying “this transition will allow both firms,
with their separate resources and support facilities, to better service the insurance sector”. John McArthur, FCIP, partner of AMAC, added “this change in service focus will enhance support to clients
on a national basis”.
